Welcome to Stairoids! This glossary gives you a quick explanation of the most common terms you’ll encounter while using the platform. Whether you're new or just need a refresher, this is your go-to cheat sheet.

🔄 Approved or Assigned

Companies you’ve marked as relevant to your target audience.

  • Once a company is Approved, it will start showing up in your actionable lists.

  • You’ll receive more detailed signals and scoring from that company.

💡 Think of it as telling the system: “Yes, this fits our ICP — keep watching it.”

🧠 Intentional Wire

A behavioral signal that may indicate buying intent.

Examples include:

  • Visiting your website multiple times

  • Viewing your LinkedIn profile

  • Interacting with an influencer or competitor

These signals are the foundation of the Stairoids scoring system.

📈 Intentional Wire Score (IWS)

A real-time score that reflects how “hot” a company or contact is.

  • Calculated based on the volume, frequency, and type of Intentional Wires.

  • Comes in two forms: Company Score and Contact Score.

💡 Higher score = more activity = likely higher interest.

👥 Buying Unit

The group of people within a company who influence the buying decision.

  • Stairoids maps out these individuals based on job roles and behavior.

  • You’ll see who’s most engaged and where to focus your outreach.

❤️ Heart

A manual way to mark someone as highly relevant or promising.

  • Use hearts to indicate "this is someone marketing should warm up" or "follow this contact."

  • Also used in filters and future campaign logic.

🧰 Unassigned

Companies or contacts the system doesn't recognize yet as approved or irrelevant.

  • These are leads you need to review and either approve or block.

  • Helps train the system on what’s valuable to your business.

🔍 Filters

Custom views to help you focus on the most relevant leads or actions.

  • Filter by company size, industry, behavior (e.g., "visited pricing page 2x"), or role.

  • Save filters to create smart workflows (e.g., SDR-ready leads, cold contacts, etc.)

📌 Blocked

Companies you’ve marked as not relevant to your business.

  • They’ll no longer show up in your feed or reports.

  • Helps keep your workspace clean and relevant.

🧠 Learning Mode

The system’s way of adapting to your input over time.

  • Every time you approve, block, assign, or heart something — the system learns.

  • The more you interact, the better the recommendations become.

💬 Connect / Message / Engage

One-click outreach buttons integrated with LinkedIn and WhatsApp.

  • Reach out to warm leads directly from the platform.

  • All based on real-time behavioral data.
